David Bowie – Tonight (Vocal Dance Mix 12″) VG+/VG

The Tonight “Single Vocal Dance Mix” pushes the track further into mid‑80s club polish, extending the groove and spotlighting Bowie’s lead more cleanly in the mix. The arrangement leans on a tighter, more propulsive rhythm section, brighter synth accents, and a smoother blend of the reggae‑inflected elements from the album version. It’s essentially a streamlined, dance‑floor‑ready variant that emphasises vocal presence and rhythmic drive over the original’s looser sway.
