Fred Again.. is a British producer who has released his third studio album, Actual Life 3 (January 1 – September 9, 2022), on October 28, 2022, through Atlantic Records. The album is a continuation of an autobiographical body of work that uses intimate voice notes from friends, videos, and personally important record samples to give listeners an insight into Fred Again…’s life. The album is a tribute to the ability of music to promote catharsis, healing, and the celebration of the realities of friendship, love, and life while also referencing and advancing the history of UK electronic music. The album features 9 tracks and has a total runtime of 40 minutes and 42 seconds. The album’s singles include “Danielle (Smile on My Face)”, “Bleu (Better with Time)”, “Kammy (Like I Do)”, “Delilah (Pull Me Out of This)”, and “Clara (The Night is Dark)”.
