Kerrie Biddell is remembered as Australia’s most distinguished jazz singer and as the performer who, on the brink of international fame, rejected the glamour of Las Vegas to be true to herself and her art. This is her first solo album after previously recording with the Daly-Wilson Big Band in 1972. This self titled release in 1973 spans jazz, soul, funk and gospel styles, capturing the essence of her musicianship and vocal capabilities.
