$25.00 Inc. GST

Still Alive and Well is the fifth studio album by blues rock guitarist and singer Johnny Winter. It was released by Columbia Records in 1973, and marked his return to the music scene after a nearly three-year hiatus due to heroin addiction.

The album is a mix of blues and hard rock, with Winter’s signature slide guitar playing and powerful vocals on full display. It features several cover songs, including two Rolling Stones classics, “Silver Train” and “Let It Bleed.” Other notable tracks include the title track, “Rock Me Baby,” and “Good Morning Little School Girl.”

Still Alive and Well was a critical and commercial success, and helped to cement Winter’s reputation as one of the leading blues rock guitarists of his generation.
