Lou Reed – Rock And Roll Heart VG+/VG
$24.00 Inc. GST
Rock and Roll Heart is the seventh solo studio album by Lou Reed, released in November 1976. It was his first album under Arista Records, following financial struggles that led to his departure from RCA.
Musically, the album leans towards rock and pop, with a more laid-back and melodic approach compared to Reed’s previous works. Tracks like I Believe in Love and Rock and Roll Heart showcase his signature storytelling, while A Sheltered Life dates back to his Velvet Underground days.
Despite mixed reviews, the album remains an interesting chapter in Reed’s career, reflecting his transition into a new era of songwriting.
