The Isley Brothers – 3+3 VG/VG

The Isley Brothers’ 3 + 3 is their eleventh album, released on August 7, 1973 under their T-Neck imprint on the Epic label. The album was a major turning point for the Isley Brothers, as it was their first album to officially include younger brothers Ernie and Marvin and in-law Chris Jasper, even though all three had played on the previous several albums. The album consists of a funk, soul and rock vibe. The album became their first platinum album. In 2020, the album was ranked at 464 on Rolling Stone’s 500 Greatest Albums of All Time list.
