Gracie Abrams – The Secret of Us (Yellow Opaque Vinyl)

The Secret of Us is the second studio album by American singer-songwriter Gracie Abrams, released on June 21, 2024, through Interscope Records. The album was produced by Abrams herself, alongside Aaron Dessner, Sam de Jong, Taylor Swift, and Jack Antonoff. Musically, it blends pop, country pop, indie pop, and folk influences.

Abrams wrote most of the songs with Dessner or Audrey Hobert, and the album features a collaboration with Taylor Swift on the track “Us”. The album explores themes of love, heartbreak, and self-reflection, with Abrams describing it as “more extroverted” compared to her previous work. She has said that the energy of the album feels like “running home to tell your best friend every detail of your night”, with a mix of satirical and dramatic elements.

The album debuted at number two on the Billboard 200 and topped the charts in Australia, Canada, the Netherlands, Scotland, and the United Kingdom.
