An Evening with Silk Sonic is the debut studio album by American musical superduo Silk Sonic, composed of Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak. It was released on November 12, 2021, by Aftermath Entertainment and Atlantic Records. The album features a blend of R&B, soul, funk, hip hop and pop music, inspired by the sounds of the Sixties and Seventies. The album also features narration by legendary bassist Bootsy Collins, who came up with the name for the duo.
