Symphony X ‎– Underworld (Transparent Violet Vinyl)

Underworld, released July 24, 2015, is Symphony X’s ninth studio album on Nuclear Blast. Recorded at The Dungeon, it blends progressive, symphonic, and power metal. Inspired by Dante’s Inferno, Michael Romeo crafted songs as self‑contained journeys rather than a strict concept. Singles “Nevermore” and “Without You” highlight Russell Allen’s commanding vocals, while tracks like “To Hell and Back” and “Swan Song” showcase the band’s technical virtuosity and emotional depth.
