Viagra Boys – Viagr Aboys

Viagr Aboys

is the upcoming fourth studio album by Swedish post-punk band Viagra Boys, set to release on April 25, 2025. Produced by long-time collaborator Pelle Gunnerfeldt, the album marks a new chapter for the band as their debut release under their own label, Shrimptech Enterprises.

The album is described as a mix of “real life and high art,” with a self-deprecating and absurd tone that reflects lead singer Sebastian Murphy’s personality. Tracks like “Man Made of Meat,” “Uno II,” and “The Bog Body” showcase the band’s chaotic energy and satirical edge, while the record as a whole moves away from the politically charged themes of their previous work, Cave World. Instead, it embraces a simpler, more playful approach.
