Quiet Riot – Condition Critical VG+/VG+

$40.00 Inc. GST

“Condition Critical” is an album by the American heavy metal band Quiet Riot, released on July 27, 1984. This album was the follow-up to their massively successful 1983 album “Metal Health,” which had catapulted them to stardom, particularly due to the hit single “Cum on Feel the Noize.”

“Condition Critical” continues in the same hard rock and heavy metal vein as its predecessor. The album, while not achieving the same level of commercial success as “Metal Health,” still managed to garner significant attention and maintain the band’s presence in the heavy metal scene of the 1980s. It includes a mix of original songs and covers, a formula that had worked well on “Metal Health.”

The album opens with the title track, “Condition Critical,” setting a hard-hitting tone. Among the notable tracks is their cover of Slade’s “Mama Weer All Crazee Now,” continuing the band’s tradition of reinterpreting Slade’s glam rock hits with a heavy metal twist. Other standout tracks include “Party All Night,” “Stomp Your Hands, Clap Your Feet,” and “Winners Take All,” which showcase Quiet Riot’s signature blend of catchy riffs, shout-along choruses, and a party-hard attitude.
